Twinbees SAS ("we", "us") publishes the Unagee mobile application ("the app"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what rights you have.
Twinbees SAS is the data controller for all personal data processed in connection with the app. Contact: contact@twinbees.com.
Location (optional). If you grant location permission, your GPS coordinates are used solely to sort restaurants by distance. Your location is processed on-device only and is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party.
Favourites. Restaurants you save as favourites are stored locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
Anonymous usage signals. The app sends anonymous, non-personal usage signals to TelemetryDeck (Telemetry Deck GmbH, Munich, Germany) to help us understand how the app is used — for example, which features are most useful. Signals are hashed before leaving your device; TelemetryDeck cannot identify you individually. No advertising identifiers or persistent user IDs are used. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and all data is processed within the EU.
Subscription management. Purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) handles subscription status on our behalf. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your App Store receipt to determine your entitlement. No name, email address, or payment information is shared with RevenueCat. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States under RevenueCat's standard data processing terms.
The app displays a curated list of Tokyo restaurants downloaded from our CDN at launch. This request contains no personal data and is used solely to keep the restaurant list up to date.
The app includes links to Tabelog, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze. When you follow these links, you leave the app and are subject to those services' own privacy policies. We have no visibility into data those services collect.
Anonymous analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the app. Subscription management data is processed on the basis of contractual necessity. No processing requires your explicit consent, as no personal data is collected.
Anonymous analytics signals are retained by TelemetryDeck for a period consistent with their privacy policy. RevenueCat retains subscription records as required for financial compliance. On-device data (favourites, viewed restaurant history) is retained until you delete the app.
Under applicable data protection law (GDPR and French law), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Since the app does not collect identifiable personal data, most of these rights apply in a limited way. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@twinbees.com.

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The effective date above will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
